Payment Options

All students are required to transfer the registration fee after receiving the Letter of Acceptance within 14 days. The study place will be cancelled automatically, in case of a 30 day payment delay if not otherwise communicated with the ITM office.

International Students: All international students are required to pay the tuition fee for the first study year in advance. In exceptional cases, a payment in instalments can be agreed on. However, this will at least require the payment of the first semester fee and the study materials.

EU students: If you are an EU citizen, you can either pay the full first study year in advance or agree on an individual payment plan in instalments.

Financial Assistance & Scholarships

ITM College is a fully private educational institution and, therefore, charges tuition fees to ensure high teaching standards and meet the expectations of international students. These fees also cover extracurricular activities (sports, career coaching, …) and additional support with administrative matters, such as residence permits and the EU registration certificate (Meldebescheinigung), health insurances, etc.

To support students in financing their education, we offer a range of financial assistance options and scholarship programmes.

Financial Assistance
– Instalment payments for EU citizens
– Possible instalment plans for international students upon request
– Alternative payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card, and cash

Scholarship Programmes
– EU Citizen Scholarship: Reduced semester fee of €3,750 instead of €4,750, amounting to a total discount of €4,000 over two years
– High Achievers Scholarship: €250 discount per semester for students maintaining an average grade of 1.5 or higher (evaluated at the end of each semester)
– Experienced Students Scholarship: Up to €500 discount per semester for students with relevant work or educational experience
– Additional Scholarships: Larger scholarships may be available upon request

Refund Policy

The payment obligation for the first study year arises once enrolment has been confirmed by both ITM College and the student. ITM College confirms enrolment by sending the (Conditional) Letter of Acceptance, which constitutes an offer of admission reserving a study place for 14 days. At this point, the student has met all the necessary requirements (potentially subject to conditions) and is eligible to pay the registration fee of 750€. Once the registration fee has been transferred to the ITM College bank account, this is considered as the student’s confirmation of enrolment. The registration fee is non-refundable. The payment of the remaining amount shall be made according to the given deadline stated on the Letter of Acceptance or according to the agreed instalments. The student will receive an official study and payment confirmation.

After the student received the preliminary residence permit approval and / or started the diploma programme, a refund of the current study year is no longer possible. Generally, a refund is no longer possible as soon as the student confirmed the enrolment by transferring the registration fee. The ITM management can approve individual refund requests in case of special reasons. This may include a cancellation at least 3 months prior to the start of studies or a visa / residence permit rejection not intentionally caused by the student.

The obligation to pay for the second academic year arises after the end of the first academic year unless the student has informed the ITM Administration in written form via email by the end of March that he does not wish to continue his studies. The payment itself is due in June or according to the agreed instalments.

In case the student terminates his studies prematurely, the entire annual amount and additional charges if incurred are due and no previous payment will be refunded.

Should payments not be made as agreed, ITM has the right to withhold grade reports, diploma certificates and any other written documentation which certify the completion of the study year.
