Planned Short Track Bachelor

B.A. International Hospitality & Business Management

The English-language Bachelor’s degree programme in International Hospitality & Business Management is a full-time degree programme that is especially designed for graduates of Austrian tourism colleges or alumni of HLW/HLTs. In order to be able to study alongside a job or under other individual circumstances, the Bachelor’s degree programme is delivered in a blended learning format.

The degree programme provides a solid foundation in international business administration with a focus on hospitality management. The term hospitality stands for social competence and requires a high degree of emotional intelligence. Thus, the course also emphasizes on intercultural communication skills, as they are essential in an international environment.

Our first planned intake is in October 2024. IUC plans to start the programme in fall (October) or spring (March). A legally valid accreditation decision is required before any study programme can be started. This is expected at the beginning of summer 2024. Interested parties can already apply for programmes, but all admission decisions are subject to positive accreditation.
